Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead site selection and due diligence for new facilities. You will evaluate feasibility, coordinate with Real Estate, and guide projects from identification through approval, ensuring alignment with programmatic requirements and budget constraints.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Design & Construction, Security, Finance, and Operations, with travel up to 30% and a focus on delivering secure, scalable spaces

Qualifications

• Experience conducting site feasibility analysis, including zoning and entitlements review.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings.
• Experience in pre-construction activities: programming, conceptual estimating, and scheduling.
• Corporate or owner’s-representative experience managing internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proficiency with construction means and methods, building codes, and ADA accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with Anduril's Strategic Real Estate team and act as primary contact for project pursuits.
• Lead due diligence site walks and document existing conditions and constraints.
• Develop, maintain, and improve due diligence checklists and frameworks for site evaluation.
• Generate order-of-magnitude cost estimates for prospective sites and align with program requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance/FP&A to produce concept-phase cash flow forecasts.
