Chris Baily seeks an Accounting Manager, Housing & Real Estate to partner with executive leadership and oversee a diverse real estate portfolio. You will influence capital planning and portfolio strategy, reporting to senior leaders and collaborating with lenders, auditors, and management partners.

You will lead the finance team, strengthen internal controls, and drive improvements in financial reporting and processes across multiple entities, including affordable housing structures.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-entity accounting experience including consolidations and GAAP reporting.
• Experience overseeing audits, tax filings, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor finance staff and drive process improvements.
