Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee the accuracy of corporate and entity-level books and drive the annual budget from planning through monthly variance tracking. The role requires multi-entity close, real estate accounting knowledge, and leadership of staff and outsourced resources.

You will partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury, Construction Accounting, and Property Management Accounting to resolve cross-entity questions, document SOPs, and support ERP transitions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity close and consolidation.
• Real estate accounting knowledge: leases, CAM, intercompany structures.
• Experience building budgets and department expense reporting.
• Strong Excel modeling; ERP experience with RealPage, Entrata, Ramp, Sage Intacct.
• Clear written communication and ability to summarize workbook findings.
• Experience directing staff or outsourced teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close for corporate and holding entities, including intercompany activity.
• Manage books for aviation entities: revenue, insurance, maintenance, cost sharing.
• Handle real estate holdings: leases, CAM, property taxes, schedules.
• Prepare distributions and cash projections for investment entities.
• Review monthly packages with affiliate leadership and document action items.
• Lead budget cycles and report variances with explanations.
• Develop and document SOPs; support ERP transition.
• Lead and develop staff and coordinate with Tax, Legal, Treasury and Construction Accounting.
