Job summary

Intapp is expanding its Client Success team and seeks a Senior Client Success Manager with deep real estate industry roots to own strategic client relationships. You will onboard, drive adoption, monitor usage, and identify expansion opportunities across SMB to Enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to communicate feedback, forecast renewals, and deliver value across the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role in a SaaS environment with renewals experience.
• Direct experience serving real estate firms (CSM/AM) and knowledge of proptech is a strong plus.
• Strong technical proficiency to navigate complex software configurations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationships across SMB to Enterprise, driving renewals and expansion.
• Develop consultative engagement strategies and scalable playbooks for SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
• Advocate client feedback to Product/Engineering with clear business impact statements and roadmap input.
• Forecast renewals, monitor usage, flag risk early, and coordinate with Sales on upsell/cross-sell strategies.
• Lead onboarding and training to drive adoption and value realization.
