Job summary

Intapp is seeking a senior Industry Client Success Lead to drive health and growth of a strategic portfolio across accounting and consulting clients. You will lead a team, own account planning, escalate high-risk issues, and partner with Sales on renewal strategies to maximize retention and expansion.

You will build executive relationships, run QBRs, coach the team, and serve as the customer voice to product and leadership. A data-driven, cross-functional leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client success or account management teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong operational instincts with KPI tracking and CRM hygiene.
• Proven ability to manage complex escalations and cross-functional partnerships.
• Coaching mindset with a track record of developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Own account planning and QBR execution across your portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead escalation management for high-risk accounts and drive timely resolutions.
• Partner with sellers on deal strategy, renewal forecasting, and structuring large strategic deals.
• Build executive relationships and coach your team to engage stakeholders at the right levels.
• Develop and coach a team of client success professionals through weekly 1:1s and career development conversations.
