Job summary

Intapp is seeking an Industry Client Success Lead for Accounting & Consulting to drive health and growth across a strategic portfolio. You will lead a team, own account planning, escalation management, and renewal forecasting while partnering with Sales, Product, and BU leadership to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client success or account management teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong operational instincts with KPI tracking and CRM reporting discipline.
• Proven ability to manage complex escalations and cross-functional partnerships.
• Coaching mindset with history of talent development and structured 1:1s.
• Familiarity with accounting or consulting industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own account planning and QBR execution across your portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead escalation management for high-risk accounts with cross-functional urgency and timely resolution.
• Partner with sellers on deal strategy, renewal forecasting, and large strategic deals.
• Build and maintain executive relationships across key accounts and coach the team.
• Develop and coach client success professionals through weekly 1:1s and career development.
