Job summary

CORTEK is seeking a highly qualified Readiness Senior Analyst in Washington, DC to support Army Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Cyber modernization efforts. This position requires strong military intelligence experience and the ability to lead and synchronize working groups for high-level Army planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 4 years in Force Development, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related duties.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills in readiness and logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness.
• Identify root causes of Equipment on Hand (EOH) un-readiness.
• Support efforts to increase S-Level Unit Readiness.
