The ideal candidate will have military intelligence experience, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering. Responsibilities include analyzing readiness and leading coordination efforts. Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related duties.
Experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness.
Identify root causes of Equipment on Hand (EOH) un-readiness and systemic shortages.
Prepare and support monthly readiness updates for Army and DCS G-8 leadership.
