Job summary

CORTEK is seeking a highly qualified Senior Analyst to support DOM OPS operations within the Department of the Army. This onsite position requires deep knowledge of HQDA operations and strategic-level analysis. The ideal candidate will support senior Army leadership through data-driven decision-making and provide recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities include developing products for briefings and coordinating with various Army staffs.

A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of related experience are required. Health, vision, dental insurance, and 401(k) are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related duties.
• Experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic-level analysis and support for Army Senior Leader forums and modernization enterprise integration.
• Develop and present products for briefings, working groups, and decision forums.
• Coordinate with Army, Joint, and OSD staffs to produce high-level strategic documents.
