Job summary

Boviet Solar in North Carolina is seeking a Raw Material Planning Specialist to drive MRP execution and ensure timely availability of glass, encapsulants, frames, and other materials for uninterrupted production.

You will maintain ERP/SAP data, track purchase orders, and coordinate with procurement, production planning, and warehouse teams to resolve material risks before they impact the line. On-site role with close collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years in material planning or procurement support in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP (SAP preferred) for planning and master data.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Understanding of BOMs, lead times and inventory concepts.
• Good communication and organizational skills across teams.
• On-site work at NC facility; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP using ERP/SAP to derive material requirements.
• Monitor plans vs production and flag variances.
• Maintain raw material master data (BOM, lead times, safety stock).
• Track POs and supplier deliveries; coordinate with procurement.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide cross-functional support for S&OP data.
• Assist with new material onboarding and ERP improvements.
