Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to improve processes.
• Experience with SAP/APO modules and supply planning concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support on-time delivery through materials management and inbound/outbound flow coordination.
• Assist monthly forecasting and planning for long lead-time materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with stock replenishment to ensure product availability for production schedules and customer requirements.
• Manage external partner activities to meet company targets while upholding Prysmian values and KPIs.
• Coordinate supply chain topics across Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams; resolve issues collaboratively.
• Monitor physical and process flows to support accurate production planning and execution.
• Convert SAP-recommended requisitions into purchase orders and follow up to ensure material availability.
• Maintain regular supplier communication, including bi-monthly supplier calls, to support alignment.
• Perform root cause analyses on KPIs and recommend action plans when targets deviate.
• Support planned physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to ERP changes and process improvements to boost efficiency.
