Job summary

Bila Solar, Inc. is seeking a PMC Specialist to integrate production planning and material control, translating orders/forecasts into executable schedules and ensuring material readiness for uninterrupted manufacturing.

You will coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality and others to resolve exceptions and improve plan execution. The role emphasizes BOM-based MRP, MO management, WIP tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to balance inventory with delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business or logistics preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing planning, material control, or related roles preferred.
• Working knowledge of BOM, MRP, inventory control, scheduling, MO processes.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and MES is a plus.
• Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess orders/forecasts against capacity, equipment, and material readiness; support planning.
• Develop and adjust production schedules based on priorities and constraints.
• Monitor MO release, progress, and WIP; report risks and coordinate recoveries.
• Run MRP using BOMs, inventory, lead times, and open supply; manage PRs/POs.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Quality.
