Givaudan in Mount Olive, New Jersey, is seeking a Raw Material Planner to manage MRP activities for multiple countries, including raw materials ordering, inventory, and production scheduling to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery aligned with quality standards.

The role collaborates with Demand Planners and Manufacturing teams to align production plans, monitor inventory, and secure material availability, while identifying process improvements in supply planning and service.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in analytical or mathematical related field.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain MRP data in SAP systems.
• Partner with Demand Planners and Commercial/Manufacturing to review orders and schedules.
• Refine production schedules based on inventory and material needs.
• Provide schedules and forecasts to procurement to secure material availability.
• Place and track orders for raw materials.
• Monitor data accuracy in SAP and SLOB.
• Inform teams of delivery dates and delays.
• Identify improvements in supply planning and service to customers.
• Distribute status reports (e.g., COOISPI schedule, OTS, POs).
• Work with quality and safety standards.
