Job summary

Chemours in Wilmington, DE seeks a Raw Material Planner to convert production plans into material requirements and optimize inventory across sites. You will coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics to prevent shortages and ensure on-time supply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
Working knowledge of MRP/DRP concepts, inventory management, and supply execution.
Experience with SAP, OMP, and planning tools; PowerBI and Excel proficiency.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Convert site and regional production plans into raw material and packaging requirements using SAP and other planning tools.
Plan material flow for internal raw materials with movement between sites.
Manage raw material and packaging inventories to meet inventory targets, service levels, and reduction goals.
Monitor supplier confirmations, delivery performance, and receipts; resolve shortages, quality issues, and logistics constraints.
