Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze lead times, usage trends, reorder points, and stock levels to ensure inventory availability.
• Manage repair replenishment items, supplier communication, PO maintenance, and RMA processes.
• Coordinate pricing updates, deliveries, vendor changes, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Run storeroom reports to identify shortages and adjust reorder points before impact.
• Determine stocking requirements and place orders as needed for replenishment items.
• Manage MRO inventory using historical trends and equipment changes to minimize obsolescence.
• Support projects and urgent part-sharing needs across departments and locations.
• Maintain purchase orders and Finance-standard documentation per purchasing policies.
