Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotation process from receipt of request to submission to the customer. You will interact with Graybar sales and customer service teams, customers, and manufacturers to assemble accurate, profitable quotes.

You will develop product and pricing knowledge, learn pricing mechanics, and use our systems to produce timely quotes that meet deadlines. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a pay rate of $29.23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP and Excel formulas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations
• Compare manufacturers' bills of material to ascertain and price any differences
