You will coordinate with Graybar sales, customer service, customers and manufacturer representatives to gather details to create quotes. The role involves preparing cost estimates, obtaining cost information, collaborating with sales and customer service, developing relationships with customers and suppliers, and comparing BOMs for accurate pricing

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year degree in Business or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material.
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives.
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations.
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to price differences for complete comparisons.
