Graybar is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotations workflow from request receipt to quote submission. You will interact with Graybar sales and customer service teams, customers, and manufacturers to gather details and create profitable quotes.

You will learn about products and pricing mechanics and the systems used to deliver accurate quotations. You will prepare cost estimates, obtain cost information from factories, and collaborate with teams to ensure on-time, accurate

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas.
• 4+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 4 year degree in Business or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material.
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives.
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations.
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons.
