Job summary

Graybar seeks a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotations process from request to quote submission. You will interact with Graybar sales, customer service, customers and manufacturers to gather details and create profitable quotes.

Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, contacting factories, collaborating with teams, and ensuring on-time quotations. Prior experience with SAP and Excel is preferred; shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material.
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service representatives.
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time quotations.
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to price differences for complete quotes.
