Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotes process from receiving requests to delivering quotes to customers. You will work with Graybar sales, customer service, customers, and manufacturer reps to gather details, learn product lines and pricing mechanics, and ensure profitable quotations for the company.

Responsibilities include preparing material cost estimates, coordinating with factories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely quotes.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel formulas for data handling.

Responsibilities
