Job summary

AVIRE in the United States seeks a Customer Quotation Specialist to process sales orders, provide timely quotes, and manage order revisions using Salesforce.com. You will ensure accurate pricing and contract management while supporting proactive customer communication.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quoting processes and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, striving to exceed KPI targets and contribute to growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service or inside sales experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and transactions based on customer requests.
• Provide accurate quotes based on customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Manage order revisions and expedites to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain records using Salesforce.com and communicate with other areas of the company.
