Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Quotation Coordinator I to join our Commercial team. You will support customers and the Business Development team by preparing quotes and pricing, working with sales BD managers, Alliance Managers, customers, and partners to ensure timely and accurate information.

You will deliver exceptional service, manage quotes in Salesforce, and help drive revenue growth while developing knowledge of TriLink products and Research-Use services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Science background highly preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

• Receive client instructions and generate quotations from various sources
• Meet deadlines by prioritizing research, writing, editing, and reviewing quotes
• Coordinate with sales, BD managers, and other departments
• Log and track quotes through CRM (Salesforce)
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to technical questions
• Support pricing processes for TriLink products and Research-Use services
