Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong active listening and empathy skills.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and transactions based on customer requests.
• Provide accurate quotes based on customer requirements.
• Manage inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails in a timely manner.

Education
