Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Quotation Coordinator I for its Commercial team in San Diego, CA. You will prepare quotes, coordinate with sales, BD managers, and partners to ensure timely, accurate pricing, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with multiple departments, manage quotes in Salesforce, and support revenue growth targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Science background highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
• Working language proficiency in an additional language such as German and French preferred but not required.
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Receive clients’ instructions and generate quotations from various sources.
• Meet strict deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for research, writing, editing, and reviewing quotes.
• Log and track quotes through CRM (Salesforce).
• Proficient project management skills and able to multitask.
• Be a central point of contact within the quotation function and send reports or statistics to internal sales team.
