Job summary

Lemartec Corporation in Miami, FL is seeking a Pursuits Coordinator to support the company's pursuit process, coordinating proposal development, deadlines, and win strategies from opportunity qualification through contract award.

You will work with Business Development, Marketing, Estimating, and Operations to schedule meetings, tailor narratives, track submittals in CRM, and help ensure timely, compliant responses that advance strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 3 years of A/E/C/ Industry experience coordinating proposals, presentations, and other similar deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attends Pre-Bid Meetings and supports pursuit planning activities.
• Coordinates proposal and presentation development activities throughout the pursuit lifecycle
• Scheduling and facilitating pursuit Win Strategy meetings, proposal kick-off meetings, and other related activities, establishing timelines and deadlines
• Reviews RFP and bid/qualifications request documents to ensure client requirements are understood and complied with
• Prepares Win Strategy Meeting and Proposal Outline forms aligned with win strategy and client requirements
• Prepares a proposal schedule with time for submittal development, production, reviews, and delivery
• Coordinates proposal and presentation efforts with Marketing, Estimating, Operations, and other resources
• Tailors proposal narratives, resumes, and project profiles and proofs/edit text
• Monitors progress and reports status of submittal elements to ensure timely, quality submittals
• Maintains pursuit records and CRM opportunity information
• Supports implementation of pursuit strategies and SOPs
• Supports Marketing content updates for pursuits and proposals
