Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or relevant field.
• Proficiency with design and media software, including Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research in line with the company’s strategic plan.
• Apply graphic design knowledge to produce promotional materials, presentations and proposals.
• Write, edit, and proofread content for marketing materials, submittals, and proposals.
• Develop and maintain repository of marketing collateral to aid Sales/BD efforts.
• Create content for newsletters, blogs, social media, awards submittals and press releases.
• Coordinate updates to the corporate website and social media channels.
• Support the Business Development Manager with the communications plan.
• Research and engage marketing vendors for timing and pricing.
• Assist Sales/BD teams with proposal deadlines and printing needs.
• Maintain inventory of tradeshow tools and promotional items.
