The role involves coordinating proposals, qualifications, and client-facing materials, editing for clarity, and maintaining content libraries to enable rapid, polished deliverables across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in business, marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field.
• Demonstrates initiative, organization, ability to learn new industries and deliver high-quality materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and produce professional documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination, and organization of proposals, qualifications packages, resumes, project descriptions, forms, and presentations.
• Edit content for consistency, clarity, grammar, and formatting; maintain reusable proposal content.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and technical teams to gather information.
• Create and update client-facing marketing materials and presentations; ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain trackers and supporting materials to aid leadership in pursuits and planning.
