Job summary

PEC seeks a detail‑oriented Pursuit Coordinator to support qualification packages, LOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and SOQs across markets. You will manage proposal content, coordinate schedules, and ensure brand consistency with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes writing and editing skills, CRM/ERP data maintenance, and collaboration with Creative Specialists to deliver polished, compliant proposals on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business Communications, or related field or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of proposal experience within the A/E/C industry (preferred).
• Strong writing background and experience with grant or proposal writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pursuit Specialists in preparing LOI, RFQ, RFP, and SOQ responses.
• Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and distribute notes and action items.
• Help format proposal content and ensure compliance with RFP requirements and brand standards.
• Draft and edit non-technical proposal sections such as resumes and project descriptions.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and organize proposal materials for reuse.
• Collaborate with Creative Specialist to ensure design consistency.
• Proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Support pursuit strategy and content development.
