Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a seasoned Pursuit Strategy & Proposal Team member to help the firm win new business. You will craft persuasive messages, manage complex proposals, and coordinate cross-functional teams across client services, design, and marketing to deliver compelling responses.

You’ll lead pursuit processes, develop sales strategies, and ensure timely, compliant deliverables while mentoring teams and advancing the firm’s business development objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of increasing responsibility and demonstrable business writing experience, including proposals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Journalism, Communications, or related subject from an accredited college or university.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Literacy with AI use in a professional business environment (CoPilot).
• QorusDocs experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit process from start to finish by developing sales strategies and writing persuasive messages.
• Manage large teams of service providers and stakeholders to produce proposals and related deliverables.
• Coordinate project management for multiple proposals and pursuit deliverables.
• Lead finalist presentations and provide coaching for dry runs and feedback.
