Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Florida is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive the division's most complex pursuits. You will guide proposal activities, align teams, and shape strategies to win major contracts across infrastructure projects.

You will mentor pursuit teams, craft compelling content, coordinate graphics, and coach presenters during the presentation phase. A background in AEC or large scale proposals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience (or 12 years without degree).
• Experience in pursuing complex infrastructure opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal activities and schedules, and manage support staff.
• Lead writing of qualification packages and leave-behind materials.
• Collaborate with technical staff to craft clear, compliant content.
• Develop pursuit strategies and sales approaches with national resources.
• Organize pursuit strategy meetings and coach teams.
• Lead presentation phase and provide coaching.
• May lead strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties.
