Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Marketing Specialist II to join the Mid-Atlantic Marketing Team. You will collaborate with engineering pursuit groups across PA, VA, MD, WV, the Carolinas, and DC to develop winning strategies for proposals and presentations.

You will guide marketing and technical teams, coordinate pursuit materials, and help drive growth for our infrastructure projects. This role emphasizes communication, collaboration, and strategic proposal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience supporting pursuit development and proposals is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, write, and edit qualification packages, proposals, and pursuit materials.
• Support the presentation phase of pursuits and assist with strategy development.
• Organize pursuit strategy meetings and client service materials.
• Prepare internal/external meeting materials and contribute to PR-related projects.
• Assist with project management and ensure content quality and compliance.
