HNTB Corporation seeks a Marketing Specialist II to join the Mid-Atlantic Marketing Team, supporting pursuit development across PA, VA, MD, WV, the Carolinas, and DC. You will guide strategic direction for marketing and technical teams to craft winning proposals and presentations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering pursuit teams and managing multiple pursuits, with emphasis on communications and messaging throughout the lifecycle of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field with 2 years relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, 6 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and write qualification packages, proposals, and leave behind materials for pursuits, including reviewing content for clarity and key messages.
• Provide support for the presentation phase of the pursuit.
• Support pursuit teams in developing win strategies.
• Assist with organization and messaging for proposal and presentation phases.
• Organize and facilitate pursuit strategy meetings.
• Prepare materials for internal and external client meetings and PR-related projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
