Job summary

Huitt-Zollars seeks a Pursuit Specialist in Dallas to lead strategic capture planning, develop value propositions, and coordinate cross-functional teams through the proposal lifecycle from initiation to submission. The role focuses on crafting winning strategies, analyzing RFPs, and aligning content with client and company goals.

You will collaborate with Principals, Proposal Managers, Project Managers, and other pursuit team members to optimize proposals, manage schedules, and deliver

Qualifications

• Lead capture plan development and win-theme creation.
• Analyze RFPs/RFQs for requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Facilitate strategy sessions with experts and leaders to define approaches.
• Oversee the full proposal lifecycle from assessment to submission.
• Develop outlines, schedules, and compliance matrices for proposals.
• Refine content including executive summaries and technical approaches.
• Research clients, competitors, and market trends to inform strategies.
• Coordinate with external partners to integrate contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal strategies and win themes via capture planning.
• Analyze solicitations to identify key requirements and criteria.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Manage proposal lifecycle from start to finish and ensure on-time submission.
• Develop content and visuals to strengthen the proposal narrative.
• Edit and ensure consistency and client alignment across sections.
• Research markets and client needs to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with BD Enablement and partners to improve processes.
