Job summary

Cooley LLP in the United States seeks a detail‑oriented professional to join the Pursuit and Proposals Team. You will coordinate and execute strategic opportunities, tailor content to clients, and ensure materials align with win strategies and quality standards.

This role focuses on proposal production, tactical workflow coordination, and supporting win themes across high‑priority opportunities, with strong collaboration across practice groups and a digital‑first approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and firm applications.
• 3+ years experience in marketing or business development, preferably in pursuits and proposals.
• Experience writing and editing proposals.
• Familiarity with pursuit technologies such as Templify and Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Proposal & Pitch Production: develop high-impact proposals and pitch materials, delivered on time.
• Tactical Workflow Coordination: manage daily pursuit tasks and materials.
• Win Strategy Support: apply win themes, positioning and messaging.
• Client-Specific Content Alignment: tailor materials to client needs and value proposition.
• High-Importance Pursuit Execution: support largest pursuits with quality control.
• Pursuit Project Coordination: track timelines and inputs across projects.
• Operational Support & Tool Utilization: maintain standard tools and templates.
• Process Compliance & Best Practices: apply firm-wide templates and best practices.
• All other duties as assigned.
