Job summary

AnazaoHealth is seeking a procurement professional in Tampa, FL to manage purchase orders, supplier relations, and data accuracy in the ERP system. The role focuses on achieving cost-effective sourcing, timely deliveries, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will analyze requisitions, request quotes, and prepare RFQs while ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and internal procedures. Strong ERP experience and budget-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• CPIM or APICS certification is a plus.
• Experience in a cGMP environment, with FDA/state Board of Pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Windows, Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Teams.
• User-level knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Place orders with approved vendors following company procedures.
• Analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
• Request quotes for products, equipment, supplies and/or services.
• Prepare RFQs as needed.
• Obtain samples and data as required for departments.
• Explain and clarify purchasing procedures to internal departments and suppliers.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor purchase agreements.
• Keep ERP data up to date (delivery terms, payment terms, prices).
• Follow up on POs to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries.
• Resolve order issues efficiently and timely.
• Coordinate delivery quantities and dates with sales or production planning.
• Act as purchasing contact for internal stakeholders.
