Job summary

AnazaoHealth is seeking a Warehouse Operator / Materials Specialist to ensure materials, supplies, and inventory for pharmacy operations are accurate, available, and properly tracked. You will forecast demand, manage cycles, receive and inspect inbound materials, and support production with timely delivery in a regulated compounding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy, compounding, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated environment preferred.
• Computer literacy including Windows, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and replenish materials to support pharmacy operations.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory inquiries and address shortages or obsolescence.
• Receive, inspect, and document inbound materials with lot/expiration tracking.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged materials.
• Maintain inventory integrity with cycle counts, audits, and transactions.
• Ensure accurate item records and locations in systems.
• Store, organize, pick, stage, and distribute materials using FIFO/FEFO.
• Support production by delivering materials as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, regulatory, and SOP requirements.
• Participate in SOP development and process-improvement initiatives.
