Job summary

Anarust Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities, coordinate supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective acquisitions of goods and services.

The role supports procurement operations, evaluates supplier performance, negotiates pricing and contract terms, and ensures compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on cost-saving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain operations, or vendor management is an advantage.
• Understanding of purchasing procedures, supplier evaluation, and procurement documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing Management: Coordinate purchasing activities, process purchase orders, and ensure goods and services are acquired according to business requirements.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Price Negotiation: Obtain quotations, compare supplier offers, negotiate pricing, and identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs.
• Purchase Order Administration: Prepare, review, track, and maintain purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Contract Coordination: Assist with reviewing supplier agreements, monitoring contract terms, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Inventory Coordination: Work with inventory and operations teams to monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or unnecessary purchasing.
• Supplier Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier reliability, product quality, delivery schedules, and service standards.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze purchasing data, monitor expenditures, and prepare reports on procurement performance and cost savings.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure procurement activities follow internal policies, approval procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, operations, warehouse, and project teams to ensure purchasing needs are met efficiently.
• Issue Resolution: Address supplier delays, discrepancies, quality concerns, and invoice or delivery issues.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate supplier records, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.
