Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Saint Petersburg, FL, for an onsite role. You will lead end-to-end purchasing, manage POs in the JDE ERP, and collaborate with pharma and cross-functional teams to support product launches and cost-saving initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in business or related field with 3+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience; or 10+ years of relevant buying experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, purchasing, supply chain, finance, engineering, sciences, or other operations field is preferred.
• Alternative: at least 10 years of buying, purchasing and/or supply chain experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support site-level and global procurement initiatives for cost savings, contract opportunities, supplier quality and risk mitigation.
• Process requisitions and place orders after approval with approved suppliers to obtain materials and services for launches and cost savings initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle in the JDE ERP suite and resolve PO, delivery, or invoice issues.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
