The role involves ERP-based PO execution, supplier issue resolution, and expedited handling of emergency requisitions. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ experience, HS diploma or GED, and preferred bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare admin, with ERP experience (PeopleSoft) and GHX knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PO process in the ERP system with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Supervisors to align workflows.
• Troubleshoot supplier issues including backorders and invoice discrepancies.
• Manage Tier 1 Emergency Requisitions from end-to-end to secure expedited delivery.
• Ensure contract compliance and data accuracy with sourcing and vendors.
• Perform supplier price verifications and enforce bidding requirements.
