Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Oklahoma City to oversee daily purchasing and accounting activities at the facility. The role involves selecting vendors, handling capital project needs, and ensuring proper PO and invoice matching with internal controls.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2–3 years in an office setting, with Proactis and MS Dynamics 365 experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in an office setting preferred.
• Experience in a public assembly facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selects vendors, assesses capabilities, and procures goods and services.
• Work with Department Directors on capital projects and liaise with City procurement.
• Ensure purchase orders, terms, and approvals are correct; maintain PO files.
• Verify 3-way matches for invoices and close POs; support payment processing.
• Provide accurate deposits, enter payments, and ensure customer service excellence.
