Job summary

Legends Global in Toledo, OH, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee all food & beverage procurement, warehouse receiving, storage, and inventory control. This on-site role requires forecasting, negotiating, budgeting, staff leadership, and collaboration with finance on payables.

Flexibility for extended hours and travel may be required to meet business needs. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in purchasing and warehouse operations within entertainment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years’ purchasing/warehouse management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and POS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food & beverage procurement, warehouse receiving and distribution.
• Forecast, negotiate, manage budgets and supplier relations.
• Lead staff and ensure payables terms compliance.
• Monitor inventory turns and month-end financial reporting.
