Qualifications

• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience using financial software systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise purchases to ensure best value and compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversee district warehouse operations and distributions.
• Lead strategic procurement, including bids, sourcing planning, and vendor evaluations.
• Manage contract development, review vendor contracts, and coordinate with legal and Board approvals.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure IRS compliance and insurance documentation.
• Develop policies and procedures for purchasing and warehousing, including stakeholder communications.
