Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of office experience preferred.
• Experience in a public assembly facility preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Selects vendors and procures delivery of goods and services.
• Liaises with City Procurement Department on capital projects.
• Maintains and verifies purchase orders and related documents.
• Enters payments into accounting and event booking systems.
• Provides high level customer service and supports a professional work environment.
