Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for the Toledo complex to oversee procurement, receiving, and inventory control for food, beverage, and operations. You will forecast needs, manage POs, and supervise staff while partnering with culinary leadership and approved vendors.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills are essential to optimize cost and ensure regulatory compliance across both venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years in purchasing, procurement, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and cost management.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to prioritize, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical, forecasting, and logistics skills; excellent communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems.
• LEAD and ServSafe certifications or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing for food, beverage, paper, and operations.
• Source, negotiate, and procure liquor, wine, beer, and related supplies.
• Process daily requisitions and create/ manage purchase orders.
• Receive deliveries, verify against PO and invoices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and secure liquor storage.
• Forecast inventory needs and monitor stock levels.
• Lead staff and coordinate with culinary and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with month-end inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Build vendor relationships and pursue cost-saving opportunities.
