Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years purchasing experience, preferably with a national home builder.
• Able to read residential blueprints and understand construction details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of BuildPro and JDE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, negotiation, and execution of division sourcing agreements.
• Create and maintain material take-offs.
• Support VP of Purchasing by managing the department's timeline and workflow.
