Job summary

Lennar is seeking a skilled sourcing professional in Alpharetta to develop and manage local labor procurement, negotiate favorable terms, and streamline purchasing processes across divisions.

You will collaborate with the Division Leadership Team to implement cost-saving strategies, oversee supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials while adhering to purchasing policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing and managing supplier/trade partner relationships.
• Superior analytical, influencing, and communication skills.
• Sound financial management and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and execute local labor procurement agreements.
• Support the Division President to maximize cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate use of automated purchasing system and related tools.
• Analyze plans for cost reduction and value engineering opportunities.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and trade partners.
• Oversee JDE and Oracle-based purchasing workflows.
