Job summary

Lennar is seeking a procurement leader responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing local sourcing agreements across labor categories to maximize cost efficiencies. The role supports the Division President and oversees supplier relationships, systems, and processes to drive value for Lennar's division communities.

Key duties include leading strategic initiatives, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating with Florida ROC and division teams to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• Valid Auto Insurance Coverage.
• Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sourcing and managing supplier/trade partner relationships.
• Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Division Business Plan.
• Act as strategist as integral member of the Division Leadership Team.
• Ensure compliance to Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate use and development of the automated purchasing system and other systems.
• Analyze plans for cost reduction and value engineering opportunities.
• Facilitate value engineering sessions with trade partners and construction teams.
