Job summary

AMS Impact Group seeks a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee procurement and disbursement for its education operations. You will lead a team, manage the full procure-to-pay cycle, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with campus staff, vendors, and auditors.

The role requires a BA/BS in accounting or related field, 4–5 years AP/procurement experience, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Hybrid Arizona-based work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of Accounts Payable or procurement experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and schedule daily tasks for Purchasing and Accounts Payable staff.
• Oversee full procure-to-pay cycle from PO generation to payment.
• Review POs, invoices, and supporting docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure three-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor transactions across multiple funding sources and campus budgets.
• Coordinate year-end closing and 1099 reporting.
