Job summary

The Academies of Math and Science seeks a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Supervisor in Arizona on a hybrid, full-time basis. The role oversees P2P processes, purchasing educational supplies, capital assets, and services, ensuring compliance with budgets and funding requirements.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage vendor relationships, and maintain internal controls, while supporting campus administrators, faculty, and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4–5 years of accounts payable or procurement experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procure-to-pay cycle from purchase orders to payment.
• Review invoices and supporting docs for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure three-way matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor transactions across multiple funding sources and budgets.
• Enforce purchasing policies and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule daily tasks for staff.
