Job summary

The Intersect Group is assisting with a Supervisor, Accounts Payable – Expense Payables position in Atlanta, GA. Hybrid work arrangement offered, direct hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in AP or related function.
• Strong AP operations knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience with high-volume processing environments.
• Advanced Excel and systems proficiency.
• Experience with KPI tracking and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Expense Payables function and meet service level commitments.
• Oversee processing of expense reports, corporate card transactions, non-PO invoices, and other indirect spend activities.
• Monitor KPIs, production metrics, service levels, and quality standards.
• Support month-end close activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review and analyze departmental reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach AP Coordinators and Specialists through feedback, training, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
